Enfield Town Football Club yesterday released a statement via EnfieldTownFootballClub.co.uk as follows -
"Following the 2-3 defeat at home to Wingate and Finchley on Monday 25th August, Enfield Town FC and manager George Borg have parted company.
Assistant Manager Bradley Quinton will be in charge of the team for next Saturday’s trip to Hendon and until further notice.
The club will be making no further comment at this time, but will issue a further statement in due course."
